Skin needling induces skin tightening and thickening of the dermis. Remember as we age the dermis which is the skins supporting and nourishing layer thins out and the skin loses much of its elasticity or ability to bounce back. It is the ideal skin rejuvenation in that it never destroys the epidermis, it stimulates new collagen formation and promotes normal light reflectance in the skin (skin colour).
